Shipping Policies

Macarons Shipping & Guidelines
  • We only ship nationwide orders on Tuesdays.
  • All of our macarons are baked fresh on Tuesdays, and by shipping the same day we ensure you receive the freshest macarons before the weekend
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday will ship on the following Tuesdays, excluding holidays
  • If you place an order requiring a specific delivery date, please email us at bakery@cafepierrot.com to ensure you receive the order on time.
  • Once we ship your macarons, you will receive and email with the tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the USPS tracking system. Please be patient!
  • We only ship Priority Mail (2-3 days and Priority Express (overnight-ish) to ensure quick delivery and a fresh product. However, delivery may take longer depending on volume at USPS.

Shipping Details
  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.
  • Café Pierrot is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We cannot change an address after sending the package. If oyu realize the address was entered incorrectly, please contact USPS directly to hold for pickup or deliver to a new address.
  • Shipments that are returned due to incorrect information will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
  • While we do not require signatures for the package, the driver may require at his discretion. The driver might hold the package if he does not see a secure place to leave it. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
  • We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
  • Unexpected weather delays may affect shipping timelines. If we know of possible delays, Café Pierrot may contact you to reschedule shipment to avoid delays in-transit.
  • If your package says that it has been delivered but is not at your delivery address please contact USPS directly at: 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number so that they may help you locate the package. We do not have any extra information on the whereabouts of your package.
  • Once the package is in-transit, please contact USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 with any questions.
Guaranteed Freshness
  • All macarons deliveries are sent using 2-3 days service in a insulated envelope filled with ice packs to ensure the quality and freshness of your macarons during transit.
  • The ice packs will most likely no longer be cold upon arrival, THIS IS NORMAL. We only include the ice packs to help keep the macarons cold during the shipping period and maintain proper consistency.
  • Once the macarons arrive, put the box in your refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before consuming.
  • Some breakage of the macarons during transit is normal. If you think there is more than usual damage to your macarons, please contact us so that we may discuss/ rectify the situation.
Returns
  • All online orders are final and non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds/exchanges based on customer flavor preference.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
  • Circumstance pending, Café Pierrot will issue a credit or re-send.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact bakery@cafepierrot.com WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving the package, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your order.
  • For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.
Cancellations & Modifications
  • Orders may be cancelled up to two business days before shipping.
  • For order cancellation or modification requests, please send us at email at bakery@cafepierrot.com immediately.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
